Well Ladies and Gents,

    Laugh if you might but i was so bored i figured i'd throw togeather a SG
TC, I should take some pics and send them out, it's hideous  but heres the
specs:

I need more info on a grounding plane, as i'm not using a Dedicated RF
ground

Secondary 3/4" x 4" 1/2  3-7/8" of windings (24ga i think no makings on the
spool)
Primary 10 turns of ~20ga on a vertical primary of 1-1/4 (way out of tune)
Cap - 40 - 34 nf (country crock big bucket of lard, inside out side foil)
Xformer - 4k/20ma (decent NST cost 9 bucks)
Static gap - 2 deck screws into a 2x4 (treated and damp lots of loss here)

Lashed togeather with 20ga stranded copper. Not too suprising i cant get
break out, but i can draw 1/2 inch arc

I think it will evolve, just time and resources.
