Actually, i'm speaking of a few months ago.  His listings stated free
shipping anywhere in the continental US.
That was when he was using TR ELectric (i think that was the name).
However, TR Electric was sued or something
like that, and he is now using a different vendor whose truck service
has only limited coverage in the states.
