There is Terry's program E-Tesla6.
There is the Bela electrostatic field calculator at:

Really impressive. It's more useful for electrostatic devices, but
can be adapted for a Tesla coil. It's necessary to split the
secondary coil in small segments following a certain voltage profile
in an axisymmetrical problem.
