Nice find!
Usually, if the contacts do not read short circuit to each other (but like
1-2k between D and S) then they are ok. Im pretty sure mosfets always fail
short circuit, or they explode (open circuit :)). You can probably verify
that they are worth trying, simply with your multimeter.
