	That's a good scope and the price is about what I paid for one on eBay
about a year ago, somewhat less when shipping costs are added. You
should find out what probes come with it, and if he has the tech
manual.  If you shop around you can probably find one for around $200,
but at least in my case if it comes from a trusted source I'd be willing
to pay more than for something bought blind.
