Hi: In regard to the device for lighting the Geissler tubes. Try the 
Gemmary, they have a website catalog. They specialize in old books and 
scientific apparatus, etc. The owner's name is Rick Blankenhorn. (I'm not 
sure of the spelling) I don't know where they are in relation to you but 
it's worth a shot.
