What about Amidon themselves? Or Fair-rite? (which make lots more cores of
various kinds than Amidon).  Micrometals is another possibility.

For cores used in amateur radio applications, the usual suspects selling
antenna related stuff would be a good bet, as would Communications Concepts,
Inc., who make parts kits for all the Moto application note amplifiers.
