Anyway, like another poster said, it's easy to get big sparks out a small
tank cap, you just charge it to a stupidly high voltage, very fast. FWIW, I
get 30" with a 0.0094uF cap (at 20kV and 500bps rep rate) on my ordinary
2-coil system. It uses a tiny RSG spinning at 15000 rpm. I guess I could
convert it into a maggie and see if the sparks got bigger...
