I was more or less talking about the 4 pack supply needing a BIG tank 
capacitor. Less input voltage + high current = more tank capacitance. At 
9-10 kV -at- 600-750 mA; depending on what you want your max output spark 
length to be...running 190nF-200nF has been shown to give peak TC output. I 
took some advice from "UK TCers"..."Bride of Frankenstien TC" example. I 
tested this concept in Jan 2002. My TC went crazy....and indeed I was 
getting anywhere from 11-12ft depending on power settings.

As for the 6 pack, it has always shown to give good spark length at 60-100 
nF.

I use insain tank capacitance....because mostly I LIKE BIG LONG MAX POWER 
ARCS!
