RE: Caps - 42L Vs Maxwell

All
I live in NYC and build only small coils (250-1000W, 2.5 x 11" and 3.5 x
15") and have used anything from 2x 5000/25 to a 12/60 with RQ gaps and
Fritz protection. I have used various MMC cap configurations from .0066uf to
.020 uf and have gotten pretty good performance. I am contemplating buying
either Geek caps or the GE 42Ls, or one those .03 maxwells on ebay; cost
appears to be about the same.
1. Where can I get the GE caps? And which do ya'll recommend?

You can probably talk to the people at Tesla Systems Research (the ones
selling the maxwell's on ebay - not alltronics) for a deal if you buy a
small quantity. They also sell them individually on their website.
However, if you are working with small coils, the MMC option would probably
be a better one in my opinion.
