Tech Questions:Amperex c1150/1 and measuring L of a high R coil

Hi All,
A couple of tech questions.
1)Does anyone have a spec sheet or URL for the Amperex C1150/1 vacuum tube?
2)If one uses a standard L/C meter on a wire-wound resistor, will the values be
reliable, or will the presence of high R skew meter readings? If so, how does
one sort out DC res, AC res, XL from total Z? 
I would like to use an 800-ohm 200W wire-wound resistor as a test load for a HV
transformer.
