Dan,

The maximum current I can push through the ballast is 25 A.  I was running
between 20 and 25 A when those photos were taken.

The photos were all grabbed as frames from MiniDV video that was transfered
to my computer.  I could go through frame by frame and pick the best strike,
then convert it to a file.
