in paralell voltages dont add, currents do. in series you would get 2x the
voltage but same current. you cant get both, or you would get 4x the power with
twice the transformers. you can play around with batteries and get the same
thing.its kinda hard to think of a better explanation, so i hope you get it or
someone else can explain it better.
