Hi Bill,
The only way to true your rotor is to chuck it in a lathe with the hub
mounted. You may have to have a machine shop turn a hub if one can't be
found in your locale commercially. Even if you were to fab a rotor that was
perfectly true, by the time your hub was mounted, even if you're precise
with your measurements, chances are it would be off enough to vibrate. It
doesn't take much to produce a vibe in a rotating mass. (Ever have a rock
or mud stick to one side of your truck tire? At slow speed it isn't
noticeable, but once you hit 60, you sure can feel it.)
