What about parcel post rate?  (aka boat mail) It will take 4-6 weeks, but
still...

How much does that thing weigh... 10 pounds to "group 7" (the most
expensive) is $42.25 via air mail parcel post (www.usps-dot-com) and $3 for each
additional pound. Economy airmail is $32

Surface M-bag to rategroup4 is only $16.50 for up to 11 pounds + $1.50/pound
over 11 pounds

What you are sending is, of course, a "sample", isn't it.
