Correct... It rises, but this takes ages, and in the meanwhile the
O3 causes all sorts of undesired effects here down on ground level. Its
pretty toxic.

Btw a TC produces more (but equally well-smelling :) NOx. Ozone generation
is just a smaller fraction.

Maybe a huge TC running on an airplane at 20+ km altitude would help to
get 0.00..001% more ozone up there... Any volunteers? ;o)
