Hi Ken,

Multi gaps like this are fairly quiet:

However, just the streamers can get pretty loud.  Maybe you could go around
to your neighbors and talk about if it would disturb them and let them
know.  That's what the kids around here do for parties.

You may also condider running in the garage or indoors.  Also, If you know
of anyone outside the comunitiy with a nice "free" space, maybe you could
go there to run.
