Are these caps any good for MMCs?

Hi everybody,

A while ago I found a store that had a bunch of polypropylene caps for sale. I
finally was able to find a site that describes them

m/mpdf/pvc.pdf  The two types they had at the store were .0047 and .01 U.F.D
both rated at 1200V. I was wondering whether or not these would be any good for
an MMC and if they are, how many would we need for a 12/30 NST?
