Copper pipes vibrating, was I think Im in love with sparks!

Did you ground to your cold water pipe? If so, then it's likely someone
upstairs laying twitching on the bathroom floor holding their twiddly bits,
cursing your name, and having memories of an electric fence and a cold
winter's day. ;)
There are two solutions.....
1, Get a different ground and they'll stop twitching.
2. Carpet the bathroom (this will cusion the twitching).
For those that haven't had their coffee yet, this is a joke.........
never carpet a bathroom, it's a mess waiting to happen.
