Yes, the USAMFG search engine is a mess! There might be a few MO caps
misfiled in the Motor Run category.
Most of the MO caps they stock are made by Aerovox. So do a search by
manufacturer and enter "aerovox". You will end up searching through a lot
of non-MO caps, but eventually you will hit paydirt.
The other way is the general search for an item. Enter in 2200, for
example, and you will get a bunch of items, a few of which will by 2200 V MO
caps.
The MO caps are there at great prices, but it is difficult to find them.
By the way, they have great prices on oil burner ignition transformers. If
you ask me, which you haven't, an oil burner transformer (10KV, 23 ma) would
be a much better standard tranny for a contest than a 4 KV NST, and might be
much more accessable.
