In general, it takes 5 x R x C seconds...

If you have a 10 Meg resistor across a 0.017uF cap, it is:

T = 5 x R x C = 5 x 10,000,000 x 0.000,000,017 == 0.85 seconds

In my case I have 0.056uF caps with 10 Meg resistors so it is:

 5 x 10E6 x 0.056E-6 ==  2.8 seconds
