Hello "Duck"

There are some very large capacitor voltage transformers used on systems
that exceed 100kV. Such a unit consist of a capacitive voltage divider and a
small PT. The largest PT I know of that is all transformer is rated 69kV to
115 volts, 5kVA, 350kV bill, and has a weight of about 600 pounds. The high
voltage terminals are enormous. I was going to buy one of these from a
Canadian outfit, until I was informed that the price was $10,000 not
including S&H. I would probably explode if I actually got to own one of
these transformers.
