nope, no need to make a frequency adjustment circuit.  the nst should work 
fine when subjected to 60Hz.  i know this because i myself have a 50Hz nst 
working perfectly fine under 60Hz.

I purchased a nst, but now that I look at it, it says 220 vac -at- 50 hz.  Wall
current is 60 hz last time I checked.  Will this cause problems, or will I
have to build/buy a frequency adjustment circut.  Thanks for any help...
