Thanks for the tips guys,

Your right, I wasn't using a spark gap or primary coil,  just the MMC
connected to the NST through the Terry filter.  OOPS !!  I didn't know that
this was a no no.  Anyway I'm going to try half the cap bank just to satisfy
my curiosity, the pre tune with a signal generator and a scope meter, then
LOOK OUT WORLD !!  8 - ))     MUH HA HA HAAAA  -  I'm going to fire it up.
