Hi All,
	The thing i remeber being the real bind 
with using welder for current limiting was 
that the control was rather coarse - going 
from 5A to 50A in a quarter of a turn of the 
knob. What occured to me was that if you 
removed some of the moving shunts and glued 
them to the transfomer so they couldnt move 
then you could select the greatest current 
you wanted for your setup and have smooth 
continuous control up to that value with no 
worries of massively over - powering the 
system.
