	Thought about the 1625, but don't know if there are any around
anymore.  In the '60's they could be had at two bits each as they were
used in the USAF HF "command transmitters" and were available in almost
unlimited quantities.  In addition to the 12 volt heater, they differ
from the 807 in having a large 7-pin base.
