It's a Fantastic idea! It's so wonderful that Fr.Tom McGee did it several 
years ago :) It's called the Father Tom Bucket Cap and works very well. 
We've never built one because for anything that SW caps didn't do, MMCs did. 
The Fr.Tom cap was used back in the days of Rolled Poly and such.
