TERRYS BIG FILTER

i now have all the parts from digikey for the big filter 
the drawing i have is not very clear on how to wire 
everything up.looks like the movs straight from hot to 
ground,the caps and the res are what i am not sure of. 
is one leg of cap tied to one leg of res and res tied to 
cap and so on thanks for all your help
