Communication depends on common definitions.
(hint:
Electricity travels just fine, thru a vacuum,
at absolute zero. Likewise thru superconductors,
Real Close to absolute zero.)

One common aspect of heat, is IR, a distinct sub band
of EM radiation (by the usual definitions).
