Hi Dan,

I hate to buy variacs at retail price they are too expensive for me. So what
I have done is go to local scrap yards and look in old equipment. Just this
weekend I went to a local yard and found two motorized variac stacks, each
stack has three twenty amp variacs, got both for $25. Also Ham shows are a
good source of them. I love analog meters, although they are hard to find in
the ratings I want, I always try to include them in control boxes. Hope this
