I don't think you should limit yourself to these specific transformers. Any 
large
power transformer will work and an old TV set is a good source. Using a
separate plate transformer such as a MOT, as others have suggested,
will give you greater leeway in tube choice when you combine the plate 
transformer with a separate filament source to match the tube(s).
