Hi,

I ran the computer model of my small coil today.  The schematic is at:

The power losses are listed at:

http://hot-streamer-dot-com/temp/SmallCoilPower.gif

The power into the coil itself is 294 - 59.7 = 234.3 watts and the streamer
power is 81.4 watts.  The effieciency is about 34.7%.  Not that the gap
eats 40% more power than the streamers!
