Dan : I am quite shure other people will have other ways to do it, but  I
had a similar problem with one of my NST. I replased the insulator and re-
mounted it with clear silicon RTV rubber calk. THE CONNECTING WIRE TO THE
INSULATOR CAN BREAK EASLY so be careful as you replace the terminal.
