hummm...
if the voltages are 2500 VAC or so output with 230VAC, you could series it 
with a Microwave Oven Transformer. That would drive a TESLA COIL for sure! 
You would be running 4900 VAC-5100 VAC at nearly 800 mA! You should be able 
to get a good 51" to 65" with a 100 nF cap.
