The trick is to use spring hard ribbon, and inly insert it in really
short slits in the suspenders.
Suspenders???. Yes! it is time to think fresh. By suspending the coil,
rather than supporting it, you gain access to tuning it, from beneath. A
real ease!
Attach it with cyanoacrylate glue dribbled into the slit after the
copper is already in place.
