G-E Transil oil and PCB tests

I tested some G-E Transil from GE at 2012 Jackson, Chicago  
used in an X-ray machine ca. 1948
with the water drop density test discussed at
http://www.altair-dot-org/pcbs.htm and found it to be lighter than water
and thus not PCB.
