Grounding question

Just a quick question regarding ground as i've seen it done numerous
different ways on the web:

Here is what I was planning on doing - please advise if something is wrong
or done incorrectly:

1.  RF Ground (isolated ground system) connected to base of secondary and to
primary strike rail.

2.  Power Ground - connected to center tap of NST and case of NST as well as
ground on line filters.
