Hi All...

I just happen to be a lucky recipient of 4 ( huge) IGBT's   ( 1200V 200A 
units)  and want to do something useful with them...   but my working 
knowledge of such units is minimal....

do any of yall know where ( on the web) I may find a wealth of info ( 
that is written in "english" ) and possibly even some schematics of 
standard usage???
