Really good stuff, and doesn't really require clamping for good
adhesion, althought it might help. Dries by solvent evaporation, so
don't know what would happen between two flat surfaces very close
together. I've used it extensively around HV electrostatic generators,
and the leakage doesn't appear to be any more than Lucite, if that
much. I also recommend it highly, and anyone who doesn't have any
should get a tube and play with it to see for himself.
