NSTs and GFI RRrrrrr

Original poster: "by way of Terry Fritz <twftesla-at-qwest-dot-net>" <dan.gallagher-at-pulsartech-dot-com>

Hi Folks,
This Sat. I'm going to the MIAMI SPACE AND SCIENCE MUSEUM, with the kids,
to see DC Cox's (Dr. Resonance's) M-100 TC in service in one of their
exhibits. It's in Dr. Frankenstein's Lightning Laboratory, as they call it.
This should be a great show. I will be bringing my digital camera for sure.

Well after seeing that post on NSTs going the GFI route and starting to
worry, I called the big neon sign shop here and asked them about it.
They're not just across the board obsoleting them out with GFI's. Whew! So
I'm going down to get an extra one just to be safe. You never know when
your NST will get cooked. So better safe than sorry. I think I'll be happy
when I have a spare NST or two. A pre-emptive strike if you will.

This brings up another question. Can you run more than one NST as an xfmr
in a TC? Is there any advantage to using more than one NST to power a TC?

Thanks folks,
Dan
