All the "good" (for TC use) power transformers in surplus radar sets have
probably been snapped up by the much larger HV hobby group in the US (high
power tube amplifiers, etc.).
Newer radars (US or otherwise) tend to use switchmode supplies for a lot of
reasons (equipment and personnel safety (lower stored energy), size, mass,
efficiency).
That said, there are "conventional" big transformers used in some ground
based radars (say, things like the Deep Space Network 400 kW transmitter).
