Hi Dan,

A real fast and easy spark gap that work well is at:

A fan blowing on it for general cooling really helps.  Although there are
far fancier gaps around, this one is fast and easy to make and is super
easy to adjust and clean.

You may want to use 0.006 to 0.008 gap spacing instead of 0.004 since that
seems to work better.
