I have depotted two NST's. Its not easy but I did mine
using a smoker, outside on the deck. I placed the NST on a small sheet of
tin inside the smoker and just set for 150 to 175 degrees. NST's are like
turkey's, the more they weigh the longer you bake. Have fun.
