	That's what I had in mind in the first place.  The reactive currents in
the secondary vary with the tank capacitance and are transformed into
the primary, and affect its power factor.  In the case of a disruptive
system like a TC things aren't simple, but the basic idea is.  The NST
can't tell if a pfc is connected, but the power line can.
