1 H = 377 ohms at 60Hz.. 10 mH is 3.7 ohms.. If you hook a noninductive
1-10 ohm resistor in series with the coil, and hook up a AC source of a few
volts, you should be able to measure the voltages and currents and get a
good figure for 60Hz inductance.
