	Think this one leaked through after Terry shut off the subject, due to
his server problems.  If not, the answers to the above questions are:

1. Pure nonsense and technical-sounding gibberish.

2. Have read a great deal.  The stuff attributed to Tesla by others
tends to be nonsense too.  Wanting something to be true doesn't make it
true.
