What type of appliance are you looking for? short wave uv bulbs ( dangerous
to eyes) and long wave "black light" bulbs are readily available. If you
want to make your own mercury vapor lamp you nead support equipment.
Ie.Vacuum pump and "vicor" glass tubing. Edgar Cayce did readings about
colored light medical treatment using colored filters. No problem. If you
