e-Bay has several items which may be of interest.  The first is a high 
voltage control panel with controls and a high voltage meter feeding a 
built in OBIT rated at 8500 volts.  Looks like a good premade Tesla control 
module.  #3102000749-bid start $25.

Secondly, TSR (the Tesla people) have 8 Maxwell 35k, .03 pulse caps that 
have been completely checked out.  Look under pulse cap.
