Hey all

I to am a fresh coiler.
Im currently constracting my first 'big' coil:
7920 V. after neon transformer(from 220 V. 25 A. 50
hz)
in to 3 high-voltage capacitors to primary coil.
Secondary coil is on 1 m. pvc pipe on top of a plywood
based plastic box.
Discharger is a 50 cn. iron ball.

two questions:

- What should be the distance betwing primary to
   secondary coil?

- From where should I operait the coil?
   a remote control?(all so an invention of Nikola)
