Any effects on a plate cap..

Might build a plate cap. Yeah, I know, go MMC with geek caps and that's the 
best advice anyone could get. But I have most of the material and 120 mils 
total of polypropylene for a dielectric under oil is awful tempting. The 
plates will be 20 " square. Therefore my question.
